Surat peringatan adalah pemberitahuan resmi dari pihak berwenang untuk memberi teguran atau sanksi kepada mereka yang melanggar aturan atau kewajiban.
Biasanya diberikan kepada karyawan yang memiliki masalah dengan kedisiplinan, kinerja, atau SOP di perusahaan.
